CampS: Viewing Class Schedule by Term (Students)

The Class Schedule by Subject tool in MyBlugold CampS allows you to look at courses offered by term, and then by subject.
NOTES:

• Searching for Winterim Class Schedule by Subject does not allow you to narrow the search by subject. After selecting the UWEC Institution, this search lists all of the courses offered for the term.
• This is the only list on MyBlugold CampS that includes individual class fees, maximum enrollment, and the number of students enrolled.

Below are instructions on how to access the Class Schedule by Subject tool in MyBlugold CampS.

1. Click Main Menu and select Self Service.
   
    
2. Select the desired class schedule by subject (e.g., Fall Class Schedule by Subject).
   The Fall Class Schedule by Subject page will appear.
   
   
    
3. Next to the Institution box, click the magnifying glass.
4. Click the UWEAU link.
5. Next to the Subject box, click the magnifying glass.
6. Click the Course Code you wish to view (e.g., ENGL).
7. Click View Results.
   A spreadsheet with the courses and their information will appear:
   
    
8. (Optional) To view the courses in a spreadsheet,
   1. Click the Excel SpreadSheet link under View Results.
   2. Click Open.
       
9. (Optional) To view the courses in a CSV text file,
   1. Click the CSV Text File link under View Results.
   2. Click Open.
       
10. (Optional) To view the courses in an XML file,
    1. Click the XML File link under View Results.
    2. Click Open.
       NOTE: This option is rarely used; for most purposes, the spreadsheets and text files will be most helpful.
