What does this service do?

UWEC staff can request cables, hotspots, or other network accessories. Students cannot request those through LTS but they can rent them out through the library.

Where can I find this service?

Simply click the "Submit a Ticket" button the the right side of your screen, call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 or visit us in VLL1106.

When can I use this service?

Our services are available any time, but the operating hours vary by unit. Please respond to the email you receive upon ticket creation or call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 if you want to follow-up.
