Common Questions/Issues
My Duo token won't show any numbers or shows the same number.
Bring the token into the Help Desk. We will submit a ticket on your behalf to get a new token for you and take the broken token from you.
The "First Token" option on the Token Request eForm is grayed out, but I have never submitted the eForm before.
Typically this happens when you have started the eForm at some point, but never finished it. Submit a ticket to the Help Desk and we will work with our second-level team to resolve the issue. For quicker service, please include the approximate date that you started the token eForm in the past.
