Our services are available any time, but the operating hours vary by unit. Please respond to the email you receive upon ticket creation or call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 if you want to follow-up.
Why would I use this service?
Use this service to request assistance using Canvas. Students should use the Help button in Canvas for telephone and chat options first.
How much does this service cost?
All of the services provided by LTS are free to our campus community.
