What does this service do?

Through UWEC you have access to software trainers who are willing and able to meet one-on-one or with a large group (such as a class) to offer training and/or troubleshooting.

Simply click the "Submit a Ticket" button the the right side of your screen, call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 or visit us in VLL1106 for assistance.

When can I use this service?

Our services are available any time, but the operating hours vary by unit. Please respond to the email you receive upon ticket creation or call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 if you want to follow-up. 

Why would I use this service?

Use this service to request a personal or group software training or to discuss software issues.

How much does this service cost?

All of the services provided by LTS are free to our campus community.
