What does this service do?

Requests that any additional software be added to the supercomputing clusters (BOSE and/or BGSC).

Simply click the "Submit a Ticket" button the the right side of your screen, call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 or visit us in VLL1106 for assistance.

When can I use this service?

Our services are available any time, but the operating hours vary by unit. Please respond to the email you receive upon ticket creation or call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 if you want to follow-up. 

Why would I use this service?

Use this service if the supercomputing clusters (BOSE and/or BGSC) do not have the necessary software needed for research or classroom projects, or if a software needs to be updated.

How much does this service cost?

All of the services provided by LTS are free to our campus community.
