What does this service do?

Requests that the storage limited associated with a network drive be increased. 

Account/Drive Default Quota Eligible Increases
University email 100 GB Not eligible for increase
H Drive 5 GB 1 GB increase per 30 days
Project Drive 60 GB One-time increase of 120 GB
Shared Drive Varies by dept 20 GB increase

When can I use this service?

Our services are available any time, but the operating hours vary by unit. Please respond to the email you receive upon ticket creation or call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 if you want to follow-up.
