What does this service do?
With the Blugold Mobile ID Card, students, staff, or faculty can use their mobile device in place of the physical Blugold ID card - both on and off campus. It can be used with iPhone, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy, or other eligible Android phones. Just tap your phone against the ID card reader.

Simply click the "Submit a Ticket" button the the right side of your screen, call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 or visit us in VLL1106 for assistance.
When can I use this service?
Our services are available any time, but the operating hours vary by unit. Please respond to the email you receive upon ticket creation or call the Help Desk at 715-836-5711 if you want to follow-up.

Use this service when a Blugold Mobile ID is not working or needs to be setup.
