Service Description
Use this service for issues with accessing CampS with a parent/guardian account.
Audience
Parents or guardians of UW-Eau Claire students.
Information
Students may provide access to their information in CampS to parents or guardians. The steps for delegating access on initial parent/guardian setup may be found here. Students may change the level of access at any time.
Troubleshooting:
- After a student grants access, it may take 24 hours before the parent account is accessible
- Have student verify that the parent account is granted access to desired information
- Make sure you are using the UWEC Parent/Guardian login portal
