Reporting Phishing Emails

If you received an email you suspect is a phishing email, you may forward it to helpdesk@uwec.edu or save it as a .msg file and attach it to a ticket.  View the Security: Phishing Attacks knowledge base article for more information on identifying phishing emails.

Adding Email to a Device

The LTS Help Desk can assist you with adding your UWEC email to your phone, tablet or computer email client.  If you are on campus, it is often best to stop in at the Help Desk in room 1106 in Vicki Lord Larson Hall.  You may also want to refer to the KB articles related to configuring email.

If you chose to submit a ticket about adding email to a device, please be sure to include the following:

  • What type of device are you trying to add email to? (iPhone, Android phone, iPad, computer)
  • What OS and version of the OS is the device running?
  • Which email client are you trying to use? (Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, etc)
  • Are you receiving any errors when attempting to add your UWEC email to the device?
