Publisher: Saving as a PDF

Saving a document as a PDF saves the formatting of the file and makes it accessible to any computer. It is crucial to save a finalized Publisher project as a PDF so the formatting does not get changed and everyone can open the project on their computer. However, not all computers are equipped with the Publisher program, and Mac computers cannot have the Publisher program.

1. Click File.
   
    
2. Select Export from the side bar.
3. Click Create PDF/XPS Document.
4. Click Create PDF/XPS.
   
    
5. Name your document, and select the location where you would like to save it.
