Services: Photo Headshots

IMC Photo provides free headshots for UW-Eau Claire faculty, staff, and students. 

Availability:

We are taking appointments for student portraits on Thursday from 3pm - 6pm and on the dates listed below.

• September 18th from 9-11am
• October 11th from 9-11am
• October 24th from 3-5pm
• October 26th from 9-11 am
• November 8th from 3-5pm

Students can schedule an appointment using our booking calendar here. Note: If there are no spots available, then we are booked.

Faculty and staff in need of portraits will need to contact us for an appointment.

Process:

1. Create a headshot appointment.
2. Headshots are taken.
3. Email copy is sent to your university email account. 
4. Inform Helpdesk if you would like your headshot added to your email profile.
